UK has smaller share in Dutch domestic exports

In the first seven months of this year, the value of Dutch goods exports to the UK developed less favourably than the value of total Dutch goods exports, which increased by over 4.5 percent to 284 billion euros. Intra-Community exports grew by 4.5 percent.
In the period January-July 2018, Dutch domestic goods exports to the UK amounted to 11.6 billion euros. This represents a year-on-year decrease of over 3 percent. In 2017, domestic exports to the UK were still on the increase, namely by 0.8 percent. The total export value of Dutch-made goods grew significantly in both 2017 and 2018. In the first seven months of this year, re-exports to the United Kingdom increased by 3.3 percent to over 11 billion euros.
