He said on Sky News: âI have no excuse. My biggest regret⦠is for a 14-year-old girl to be caught in the middle of an altercation with her father.â
The family hoped to remain anonymous but Andy was named on a national newspaperâs website today.
One Twitter user said: âIâve been waiting for someone to post his picture. I bet heâs wetting himself now.â
Another added: âThe video shows the guy breaking the law himself, and Carra spit ting at his vehicle, no evidence the girl was hit, but plenty of evidence the driver is a c***.â
